PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE:

KPI General Contractors employs highly skilled and motivated personnel with over 50 years of combined experience in the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial construction industry.
We had served Southeast Texas since before Hurricane Rita. We helped rebuild our communities through it all, from Homes, Businesses, and Industrial projects to New Construction, Remediation, remediation, remediation, civil, structural, electrical, piping, fabrication, and Mechanical projects.
KPI utilizes the latest software to provide our clients with industry-leading project execution and to be competitive in our industry.
We take every project seriously, regardless of size, and have provided just about any service you can think of, either in-house or utilizing our partners.

KPI General Contractors is committed to the highest level of Safety compliance for both our employees and our clients. Our policy is to provide a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients, our most appreciated assets.
We are members of ISTC who conduct our continuing safety training and education. In addition, we perform routine safety audits at our facility and on the job to avoid safety complacency for everyone, from the CEO to the individuals in the field.
We aim to ensure everyone involved with KPI projects works in an environment that provides they return home safely daily to their families.

OFFICE / WAREHOUSE:

KPI is located in Orange, TX. At 606 Border Street, We have a 12,000 sq ft office and warehouse with a 5-ton rolling crane and laydown yard.
